Don’t have a heart attack! I wanted to go ahead & pay you a big chunk now rather than waiting till the end of the month. So here is $$$$. I will send the remaining at the end of the month. I couldn’t quite squeeze it all together at mid month, but figured would help you to pay your overhead on this project now.

Dear Ed,

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know and your “men” how extraordinarily happy I am with the work recently completed at my condominium.

The shock of a backhoe decimating my front yard was totally erased by the professionalism, hard working, personable and expert workers who cared so thoughtfully for my property except for baby chipmunks! Seriously, please thank everyone for me and for a job more than well done. Sincerely, Deb
